Quick answer: There is no universal Dexcom G7® coupon code, and no US copay card that stacks on top of commercial insurance. What actually exists in 2026: a Dexcom pharmacy coupon that takes more than $200 off a monthly cash supply, a free trial limited to new patients with commercial insurance, an income-based assistance program, the $89-a-month Quick Start bridge program, third-party discount cards — and, for most people, the biggest saving of all, simply getting the G7 billed through insurance correctly. Dexcom reports most covered patients pay $20 a month or less.
Start with your insurance, not with a coupon
It sounds backwards on a site called dexcomcoupons.com. But the pattern is consistent: the people who overpay for a Dexcom G7 are almost never the ones who failed to find a coupon. They are the ones whose sensors were billed the wrong way — through the wrong benefit, through no benefit at all, or at a pharmacy when a supplier would have been cheaper.
A coupon saves you money once. Getting your coverage set up correctly saves you money on every order, automatically, for as long as you wear the G7. So before you print anything, work out which group you are in:
- Commercial insurance through work or the marketplace — your coverage, billed through the right benefit, is the discount. See how the two billing lanes differ.
- Medicare — the G7 is covered under Part B if you meet Medicare's criteria. Coupons cannot be combined with Medicare, but the coverage is usually the better deal. See the Medicare rules.
- Medicaid — most state programs cover CGMs, often with little or no copay. The paperwork is the hard part, not the price. See the Medicaid guide.
- No insurance, or a plan that will not cover a CGM — you still have real options. See cash prices and discounts.
Not sure which bucket you are in? That is exactly what the free coverage check is for. Tell us your plan details once and a real person verifies your benefits and tells you what a G7 would cost you per month. We are a supply company, so to be clear about our interest: if you are covered and want to order through us, that is how we get paid. The check itself is free either way, and you are not obligated to use us.
